Spencer founded Proclaim Advocates in 2013 with the intention of building an agency with a unique goal: to Speak the Truth. Since then, he has grown the team and client base to include a diverse portfolio of clients that have unique needs not serviced by traditional digital agencies.

Spencer serves as the agency’s Founder, CEO and Whiskey Sommelier. He oversees client operations, business development, overall strategy, website building and more. 

Along with the development of his agency, he founded and was key in developing the Texas Whiskey Trail where he serves as CEO and the Texas Whiskey association where he serves as executive director.

Before founding his own agency, he worked for Burson Marsteller, Kimbia, APCO Worldwide, Public Strategies, as well as the 2008 John McCain campaign.

When asked about what he does in his free time, he laughed and said “What Free Time?”
